What You'll Do

Manage and grow our LinkedIn & Instagram presence Design high-quality visuals in Figma (non-negotiable) Translate projects into engaging, design-led storytelling Build structured content calendars aligned with business goals Optimize posts for engagement, reach & strategic positioning
Collaborate with IT, Animation, and Academy teams

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in Social Media Management (B2B preferred) Advanced Figma skills (layouts, typography, visual systems) Deep understanding of LinkedIn growth & content psychology Strong copywriting ability (clear, sharp, intentional) Aesthetic sensitivity aligned with premium digital brands
Structured thinking + execution discipline
