Job Specifications

Lead end-to-end enterprise compliance programs leveraging Inovaare and related regulatory platforms for healthcare payer and provider organizations.
Own program strategy, roadmap, and delivery across compliance configuration, rule updates, workflow automation, integrations, reporting, and regulatory cycles.
Ensure alignment with CMS mandates, HIPAA, PHI handling, data privacy standards, and audit controls while embedding governance and security frameworks.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across compliance, regulatory, IT, security, legal, and vendor teams to deliver programs on time and within scope and budget.
Establish executive governance including steering committees, RAID management, compliance reporting, and risk mitigation planning.
Oversee integrations between Inovaare and enterprise systems (claims, enrollment, provider data, member systems, analytics) ensuring scalable and secure architecture.
Support audit readiness, regulatory submissions, and documentation for internal and external audits.
Manage budgets, resource plans, and SOW governance while tracking ROI tied to regulatory adherence, reduced audit findings, and operational efficiency.
