I am hiring for Payments Business Analyst - (Cards (Issuing/Acquiring)/SWIFT/SEPA/CHAPS/ISO 20022/Banking/Fintech)
Location: Northampton, UK (2–3 Days Onsite)
Job Description:
Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for payment processing platforms.
Define AS-IS/TO-BE processes, user journeys, and data flows across card, real-time, and cross-border payments.
Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery artefacts for Agile teams.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to support end-to-end delivery.
Support testing phases including UAT coordination, defect analysis, and requirement clarification.
Ensure solutions meet regulatory standards including PSD2, SCA, AML, and payment scheme rules.
