iO Associates is partnering with a Global Healthtech company to hire an Integration Team Leader to manage a team of 3 Integration Engineers within a fast-paced radiology technology environment. As a company, they provide rapid diagnostic imaging reports to hospitals using advanced PACS and integration systems.

This role would be ideal for someone already managing a team or someone who is looking to step up into a Team Lead position.
What you'll be doing:
Leading and developing a small integration team
Remaining hands-on with HL7/DICOM troubleshooting and configuration
Supporting delivery and integration projects
Managing day-to-day performance and annual reviews
What we're looking for:
Strong HL7 & DICOM experience
Healthcare systems/EPR/PACS background
Integration experience (support, config, implementation)
Some leadership exposure (formal or informal)
