Role Description

This is a part time , on-site role based in London for a Production Manager at Bianca Saunders. The Production Manager will oversee the end-to-end production process of the brand’s collections, manage supplier and vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Lead on custom design projects. Responsibilities include coordinating materials procurement, managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, and working closely with cross-functional teams, including design and marketing. The role also involves resolving production challenges efficiently and contributing to strategic production planning to meet the brand's creative and operational goals.

Qualifications

Experience in production management, including supply chain management and vendor coordination.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to create and oversee schedules and timelines effectively.
Knowledge of quality control processes, production techniques, and manufacturing standards within the fashion industry.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Proficiency in using production and project management tools, as well as google workspace and Zedonk
Creative problem-solving skills to address production challenges and enhance workflows.
A background or understanding of luxury fashion production is highly advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Production, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
