We’re very excited to be working with one of the biggest Financial Services companies in Texas in their search for a Lead Salesforce .NET/CRM Developer for their Austin headquarters location. While the position is a Lead role, the role will by 75% hands-on.

This is a W2/Contract to Hire position (Please, NO Corp-2-Corp, C2C).

The Position is Hybrid, with 3 days/week on-site in the West Austin office.

What We’re Looking for in a Lead .NET/Salesforce Developer:

5+ Years Software Development Experience
3+ Years Experience in the Microsoft C#/.NET Stack
1+ Years Experience as a Team Lead or Project Lead
Significant Experience with Salesforce Integration and Optimization
Experience with Dynamics 365 is Also Very Helpful
Experience in a Cloud Hosted Environment (Azure Heavily Preferred)
Strong Documentation
Any nCino Experience Would be a Bonus
High EQ and Ability to Communicate with Internal and External Stakeholders
