Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Security Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of secure, resilient, and reliable enterprise solutions.

The ideal candidate will provide architectural leadership, drive technical governance, and ensure alignment with the organization’s defined Technical Architecture Framework (TAF) standards and policies. This role requires strong collaboration with senior internal and external stakeholders and leadership of small-to-medium technical teams within large initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesSecurity Architecture & Solution Design
Lead and contribute to the design of enterprise security solutions.
Define and maintain security design patterns, component standards, and architectural documentation.
Architect, design, build, test, and implement integrated security solutions.
Ensure solutions are resilient, scalable, and reliable.
Align all designs with the organization’s Technical Architecture Framework (TAF).
Technical Leadership & Governance
Lead small-to-medium technical teams across:
Projects
Lifecycle initiatives
Proofs of Concept (PoCs)
End-to-End architecture reviews
Provide expert guidance to drive technical developments.
Ensure adherence to enterprise standards and governance frameworks.
Influence and advise IT partners and business stakeholders on architectural decisions.
Innovation & Evaluation
Contribute to success criteria definition and solution evaluation.
Conduct and oversee:
Proofs of Concept (PoCs)
Feasibility studies
Evaluate emerging technologies aligned with business needs.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Interact with senior internal and external partners on significant technical matters.
Collaborate across teams to strengthen technical communities.
Integrate feedback from IT partners and business stakeholders into solution design.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience designing enterprise security solutions.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect in complex environments.
Experience leading technical teams in medium-to-large initiatives.
Strong documentation skills for architecture artifacts and standards.
Experience conducting PoCs and technical feasibility studies.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience aligning solutions with defined architecture frameworks and governance models.
