We're looking for a talented consultant to join our client's team, where you will take a pivotal role in the design and delivery of a groundbreaking solution. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements and coordinating with all relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Define comprehensive architecture covering ingestion, storage, metadata management, RAG/LLM flows, search engines, and validation tools.
Translate business needs into actionable delivery plans, incorporating risks, KPIs, and prioritization.
Guide AI/ML and engineering teams throughout the implementation phase.
Integrate compliance standards such as GDPR, EU AI Act, and ISO 42001 into the solution design.
Ensure technical decisions align with user experience expectations.
Lead technical decision-making workshops and arbitration sessions.

Profile - The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess:

15+ years of experience in architecture, digital transformation, or enterprise project delivery.
Proven expertise in AI solution deployment, specifically in LLM/RAG architectures and cloud environments.
Strong understanding of security frameworks, particularly in Azure, and compliance standards like GDPR and ISO 42001.
Solid knowledge of SharePoint migrations and enterprise data structuring.
Exceptional leadership skills for guiding multidisciplinary teams and translating technical jargon into business strategies.
Experience with Agile and PRINCE2 methodologies.

Language Proficiencies

Fluency in both Dutch and French is required, with English as a strong plus. A minimum on-site presence of 2 days per week will be expected to foster collaboration and alignment among the teams.
