Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. Business Analyst, MaaS360 to manage and optimize the end-to-end mobile device lifecycle and support mobility processes. This position will be Full-Timeon an initial two-year contract with potentiality to renew, and Hybrid. With employees expected to work onsite 4 days per week.
Only work authorizations that will not require sponsorship now or in the future will be considered.
What You'll Do
Analyze and optimize end-to-end mobile device lifecycle (request ? procurement ? provisioning ? reassignment ? decommissioning ? surplus)
Document and improve workflow efficiency
Identify process gaps and implement controls
Maintain lifecycle compliance metrics
Manage business relationships with wireless carriers (eg, Verizon, AT&T)
Analyze monthly billing and perform reconciliation
Identify zero-usage lines and cost optimization opportunities
Track service activations, suspensions, porting, and plan changes
Coordinate escalations and SLA adherence
Support MDM policy governance and change control processes
Analyze compliance dashboards and reporting metrics
Coordinate cybersecurity approval workflows for mobile applications
Monitor enrollment accuracy and policy adherence
Support audit documentation and regulatory readiness
Coordinate device procurement and inventory intake
Ensure asset tagging and system-of-record accuracy
Facilitate formal handoff between Inventory and MDM teams
Track device assignment and refresh cycles
Support executive and priority device handling processes
Develop mobility performance dashboards (SLA, compliance, aging tickets)
Conduct cost analysis and forecasting for device refresh programs
Analyze usage trends and recommend optimization strategies
Present findings and recommendations to leadership
Serve as liaison between Mobility, Cybersecurity, Finance, Service Desk, and Inventory
Lead mobility process review meetings
Support change management communications
Align operational practices with organizational policy
What You'll Need
Required:
7 years of experience developing and managing project budgets for all technology projects
7 years of experience developing pro-forma invoices for cost-reimbursable projects and monthly financial summary reports
7 years of experience interfacing with internal accounting departments to ensure proper budgets are used and accounting codes are current
7 years of experience developing processes to obtain timely project cost information from accounting systems
7 years of strong client skills with the demonstrated ability to communicate effectively throughout all levels of an organization
7 years of proficiency in formal project management methods, including internal documentation and external communications
7 years of experience with IBM MaaS360, Microsoft Office 365/10, Microsoft Exchange, Windows 10 Enterprise, Active Directory, SMS/SCCM, Citrix, SharePoint, Remotely Anywhere, Dam
7 years of experience conducting research for mobile device equipment, accessories, and airtime services; identifying, diagnosing, and resolving problems with mobile devices
7 years of experience configuring, testing, and supporting mobile devices (air cards, cell phones, smartphones, tablets); testing iOS (iPhone Operating System) and Android releases

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
