Job family :

Provides administrative support within FMC team and its interaction with related departments.
Uses an array of business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet)

General Description

Performs full clerical, administrative, and general office duties involving, typing, record and file maintenance, document creation, mail distribution, . Day-to-day communication is with peers and subordinates of supervisor, with occasional contact with executive officers and clients. Has an understanding of the content of the principal's job and method of operation, in addition to the operations and procedures of the department and organization.

Role

Support in onboarding of new Clients
Database management and migrations support
Support the Account Management and Business Development Teams in the preparation of regular client meetings, such as project reports, business reviews, presentation material etc.
Assist with different client projects, and department initiatives
Help strengthen efficient processes and best practices as part of a growing team and company
Monitoring Client request, providing administrative and operational support
Support in Clients onboarding
Coordination of Distribution Agreement setup
Keeping our distributors’ AML/KYC directories up to date to comply with regulatory requirements
Support the team in automation processes

Required Capabilities

Curious - eager to learn new things
Fluent in French and English with good written skills.
Excellent level in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Rigorous with figures
An enthusiastic team player, client oriented and with good interpersonal skills
