Description

We’re looking for an experienced, and hands on agency pro with the confidence, vision, and drive to oversee some great B2B accounts.

Responsibilities will include:

Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This is a role your sleeves up and lead from the front position!
Act as a strategic partner to clients, advising, problem-solving, and managing expectations.
Anticipate challenges and proactively resolve conflicts, internally and externally.
Provide the Managing Director with regular updates, insights, and recommendations.
Drive continuous improvement in client service processes and delivery standards.
Ensure client retention and account growth through excellent service and strategic input.

Experience

A strong agency background with experience in a senior client services role or someone at Senior Account Manager level, ready to step up.
Experience working across B2B accounts.
Experience in digital campaigns delivery and the reviewing of analytics/results
Strong strategic thinking and client-facing communication skill.
Excellent project management experience. Able to spin multiple plates and work at pace, this is a hands on role delivering projects and campaigns.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Remuneration

Up to £350 per day
3 days in the office
