Job Specifications

Position: Software Engineer – Frontend

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $70–$80/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Create high-quality, self-contained prompts for client-side web applications, games, tools, and simulations.
Build precise, binary evaluation rubrics tagged by verification type for frontend AI training tasks.
Ensure all rubric criteria are pass or fail and verifiable via screenshot and code inspection.
Apply frontend engineering expertise to train AI models on real-world UI correctness, interactivity, state management, and robustness.
Contribute to structured datasets that improve AI performance on client-side development scenarios.
Collaborate asynchronously with research and engineering teams to refine task quality and consistency.

Requirements

Strong experience in frontend or full-stack development or technical content creation.
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or vanilla JavaScript.
Ability to write precise technical specifications and evaluation criteria.
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with verification-driven workflows.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote, project-based environment.
