Migration- Window Server configuration, Patching, etc 5+ years with services provider companies like -IBM and Banking

Total experience- 6-8 years

Required Skill Sets:

• Install, configure, and maintain Linux (RedHat) servers in enterprise environments.

• Manage and troubleshoot IBM middleware products such as WebSphere, IHS, MQ, LDAP, and TSM.

• Implement and maintain DevOps automation using tools like Ansible for configuration management.

• Administer source control systems including GitHub and ensure proper versioning practices.

• Collaborate using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) for project tracking and documentation.

• Monitor system performance and optimize server resources for high availability.

• Apply security patches and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

• Provide technical support and create detailed documentation for operational processes.
