The Role:

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be responsible for guiding customers from onboarding through long-term success. You will ensure our customers fully adopt Buildend, achieve measurable ROI, and expand their usage over time.

This is not a reactive support role. This is a strategic, relationship-driven position focused on retention, growth, and advocacy.

You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Implementation to ensure customers are successful at every stage.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead structured onboarding for new customers
Deliver training sessions for Project Managers and Accounting teams
Ensure ERP integrations (Sage, QuickBooks, etc.) are adopted properly
Define and track customer success milestones
Monitor usage metrics and identify risk early
Run quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
Provide workflow optimization recommendations
Drive adoption of advanced features (AI tools, cost tracking, drawing management)
Own customer renewals
Identify expansion opportunities (additional projects, modules, integrations)
Reduce churn through proactive engagement
Collect testimonials and case studies
Turn happy customers into references
Surface product feedback to internal teams

What You Should Have:

2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management
Experience in construction, construction software, or B2B SaaS
Strong understanding of commercial construction workflows
Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
Experience working with commercial construction companies is a strong asset
Comfortable speaking with Project Managers, Controllers, and Executives
Strong communicator — confident running live training and executive conversations
Data-driven — comfortable reviewing usage and adoption metrics
Organized and proactive
Builder mindset — you like improving processes, not just following them

Nice To Haves:

Experience with construction software (Procore, Sage, QuickBooks, etc.)
Experience with ERP integrations
Experience running webinars or customer training programs
