As we grow, we are seeking a dedicated Client Success Executive - Partnerships to join our team.
The Client Success Executive – Partnerships supports ValidiFI’s rapidly expanding partnerships channel by ensuring that platform partners, fintech integrations, and strategic distribution relationships receive best‑in‑class onboarding, engagement, and ongoing relationship management.
This role sits at the intersection of Client Success and Partnership Management, working closely with the Partnerships team to drive value, adoption, retention, and growth across our partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Partner‑Aligned Client Engagement & Support
· Serve as the primary point of contact for partner‑sourced or partner‑managed clients.
· Ensure clients fully understand and utilize ValidiFI products delivered via partner integrations.
· Proactively monitor satisfaction, usage, and client needs.
Onboarding & Integration Enablement
· Lead onboarding for new clients under the Partnerships channel.
· Collaborate with internal and partner teams on integration requirements.
· Tailor onboarding workflows based on client and partner needs.
Relationship Management – Partners & Their Clients
· Build strong, trust‑based relationships with partners and downstream clients.
· Participate in joint business reviews.
· Act as the client advocate within ValidiFI.
Performance Monitoring & Insights Delivery
· Track performance, usage, and adoption for partner‑related accounts.
· Identify trends and communicate actionable insights.
· Support the Partnerships team with data preparation for reviews.
Internal Collaboration & Partner Channel Support
· Work cross‑functionally across Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
· Provide operational feedback to improve partner processes.
Expansion & Value Realization
· Monitor ROI and ensure customers receive maximum value.
· Identify opportunities for expanded product usage.
· Support renewal and growth conversations.
Qualifications
Required:
· 1–3 years in Client Success, Account Management, or Partnerships Support.
· Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
· Ability to manage multiple accounts.
· Experience with technical products or integrations.
Preferred:
· Experience supporting integrated technology partners.
· Understanding of payments, fraud mitigation, or financial data products.
· Startup or scale‑up experience.
