Role Responsibilities

Apply procurement and purchasing expertise to support AI training initiatives focused on real-world sourcing workflows
Organize procurement data for structured AI training use
Evaluate suppliers based on operational criteria
Prepare purchase orders in alignment with standard practices
Document procurement processes and compliance standards
Provide structured insights to ensure AI systems accurately reflect operational purchasing practices

Requirements

Experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative operations
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Familiarity with supplier evaluation and purchase order processes
Ability to document workflows and compliance standards
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to translate procurement processes into structured guidance for AI systems
