Job Specifications

Artificial Intelligence Project Manager required for a major Cyber Security Transformation Programme. The role will focus on driving the organisation's evolution toward trusted and responsible AI.

Reporting to the Head of Cyber Security Transformation, you will mobilise and deliver AI governance and security initiatives, ensuring successful transition into business-as-usual operations.

Key Responsibilities

Define scope, plans, milestones and success criteria
Lead delivery through stage-gate governance
Own workstream reporting, RAID management and steering committee updates
Define and track benefits realisation
Ensure quality, compliance and alignment with cyber standards
Lead cross-functional and vendor resources
Manage budgets and forecasts
Drive stakeholder engagement and change adoption
Transition services into BAU teams

Experience Required

Strong experience leading cyber or technology transformation projects
Proven budget and programme delivery experience
Experience operating across federated, matrixed environments
Solid understanding of AI/ML, agentic systems and AI security risks
Knowledge of AI governance and regulatory frameworks (eg EU AI Act, NIST, ISO)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Desirable: PMP/MSP, CISSP, CISM or similar certifications; governance framework design experience.
