This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Chief of Staff - REMOTE. The role is pivotal in driving the mission and strategic initiatives of our partner organization, which harnesses the collective power of volunteers to enhance voter engagement. As Chief of Staff, you'll collaborate closely with leadership to streamline operations, promote programmatic excellence, and foster relationships with key stakeholders. Your strategic insights will guide the organization's growth trajectory, ensuring that voter mobilization efforts are impactful and resonate widely. You'll have the unique opportunity to shape a culture of clarity and accountability, driving collective success.

Accountabilities

Ensure ongoing programmatic excellence, rigorous program evaluation, and consistent quality of finance and administration, fundraising, and communications.
Lead end-to-end OKR process ensuring alignment between organizational goals and team performance.
Act as the representative of the Co-Executive Directors in high-level meetings.
Assist in managing relationships with key external stakeholders, including partners and investors.
Coordinate high-profile meetings and events, ensuring leadership is well-prepared.

Requirements

At least 3 years of senior management experience.
Proven leadership and relationship management experience.
Demonstrated capability in developing and operationalizing strategies for organizational growth.
Commitment to quality programs and data-driven evaluation.
Excellence in organizational management and staff coaching.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Entrepreneurial and innovative approach to business planning.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups.
Passion for mission-driven work and integrity.
