This role is a potential contract to hire and will require resources that do not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Hybrid schedule requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week

- Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in automation development, with at least some experience on WorkFusion platform.

- Strong proficiency in Java programming and Spring Framework.

- Strong practical experience in machine learning, including model development and deployment using Python/Workfusion OOTB.

- Advanced expertise in relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and data modeling.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and enterprise integration patterns.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience with Agile/scrum methodologies.

Primary Skill: AngularJS

Secondary Skill: Spring boot

Tertiary Skill: Core Java

Required Qualifications

The candidate should have a Java/Spring developer background and ideally have good knowledge on the Workfusion platform.

Desired Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or related field

Knowledge and/or experience handling certs

Cloud based infrastructure experience

Overview of the work being done:

• Design, develop, and enhance Java-based backend services and REST APIs

• Collaborate with product owners, scrum masters, and business SMEs during sprint ceremonies

• Perform code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and ensure best practices

• Debug production issues and participate in on-call rotation (if applicable)

• Write automated unit tests, integrate with CI/CD pipelines, and maintain documentation
