Senior .NET/C# Developer (Workday Integrations)

Location: Hybrid — New York, NY

Contract Duration: 12+ months

Work Authorization: W2 or Independent Contractor only (no third‑party vendors)

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior .NET/C# Developer with hands‑on Workday experience to design, build, and support integration solutions across enterprise systems. This role combines strong software engineering skills with functional knowledge of Workday, enabling you to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑quality solutions that support financial and HR operations.

Responsibilities

Lead solution design and architecture for Workday‑related integrations and downstream systems
Develop, enhance, and maintain integration components using C#/.NET
Support Workday Financials or HCM modules, including security administration
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability
Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance, reliability, and scalability
Contribute to best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

Extensive experience developing in C#/.NET
Hands‑on experience with Workday integrations, APIs, or downstream system support
Familiarity with Workday Financials or HCM modules and Workday Security Administration
Strong understanding of integration patterns, architecture, and system design
Ability to work in a hybrid environment in New York, NY
