Job Specifications

Job Title: Marketing Technology Architect / Lead Engineer (GenAI & Agentic Workflows)

Location: Concord, CA (Hybrid – Minimum 3 days onsite; may require up to 5 days/week)

Role Overview

This role will lead the architecture and development of an AI-powered marketing automation platform supporting:
Campaign workflows
App and web-based offers and deals
Offer disclosures and compliance content
Marketing content management
The platform will operate within the consumer lending technology ecosystem and leverage advanced GenAI capabilities to enable intelligent orchestration and scalable automation.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement agentic workflows for marketing campaign lifecycle automation
Design scalable, configurable marketing technology platforms
Integrate GenAI for content generation and campaign decisioning
Build microservices-based systems using modern cloud-native patterns
Develop RAG pipelines leveraging vector databases
Integrate with enterprise systems and vendor platforms
Partner with marketing, product, and engineering stakeholders

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with GenAI architectures
Deep expertise in LLMs, RAG frameworks, and vector databases
Advanced Python development skills
Experience designing microservices-based enterprise platforms
AI integration within large-scale systems
Strong system design and platform architecture capabilities

Preferred Background

Experience in Marketing Technology (MarTech) environments
AI-powered workflow automation platforms
Integration experience with Salesforce, Adobe, Pega, or similar systems
Exposure to Agentic AI or orchestration frameworks
