This posting is for a contract assignment and is not a full-time employment offer with Boeing. Candidates selected for roles will be employed as contract workers through a Boeing approved 3rd party for the duration of the specified project.

Boeing Phantom Works Space is seeking software developers to support code generation for highly embedded systems. Familiarity with C/C++, Linux or PetaLinux development required. Familiarity with CMake is preferred. Candidates should have experience with and knowledge of aerospace and/or electrical systems as well as hardware development and bring up. Seeking highly motivated self-starters capable of executing as part of a fast paced multi-disciplinary team.

Position Responsibilities

Supports code generation for highly embedded systems
Supports development of broad, open-architecture approach
Works with multi-disciplinary team to rapidly prototype hardware solutions
Responsible for developing code and insuring proper execution on target processors
Works under general supervision.

Required Skills

5+ years embedded programming experience with languages such as C, C++, Linux and/or PetaLinux
Experience with hardware-software integration

Preferred Skills

Experience with and knowledge of aerospace systems and/or electrical systems
Experience with CMake
Highly motivated self-starter capable of executing as part of a fast-paced multi-disciplinary team

Pay Rate Range

85 - 90 USD hourly
