For a major fashion client in Paris we are seeking an ECommerce Manager to drive online commercial performance across key European markets. This role leads day-to-day trading, content excellence, and customer experience improvements while managing a multicultural team.

What You Will Own:
Market-level performance of multiple websites, focusing on revenue, conversion, AOV and margin.
The commercial calendar including campaigns, seasonal pushes, new product drops and local activations.
On-site storytelling, page hierarchy and content quality across homepage, category and product pages.
Continuous UX and merchandising optimisation, supported by A/B testing and personalisation.
Daily KPI tracking with rapid decision-making to support business targets.
Key Collaboration & Tools:
Work closely with CRM, Brand, Merchandising, Media and global digital teams.
Use platforms such as SFCC, Amplience and Bloomreach to elevate content, search and product visibility.
Coordinate with agencies and regional partners to ensure seamless execution.
What You Bring:
8+ years in E-commerce or digital trading, ideally in fashion or consumer brands.
Hands-on experience with commerce/CMS tools (SFCC, Amplience, Bloomreach or similar).
Strong analytical mindset and comfort with performance dashboards and testing.
Experience leading multicultural teams and setting clear priorities.
Ability to combine commercial thinking with operational excellence.
Fluency in English and French; Spanish is an advantage.
