What You Will Do
Grow revenue from your restaurant portfolio month over month by selling and activating TheFork solutions.
Act as the main point of contact for your restaurants and build strong, long-term partnerships.
Support your portfolio mainly by email and phone, advising on positioning, revenue management and online marketing.
Define and execute action plans in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to drive performance.
Work closely with the Marketing Restaurant Offer team to create and manage promotional plans, including Festivals, special offers, YUMS and SUPER YUMS.
Negotiate fair and sustainable commercial conditions that improve restaurant margins and increase seat occupancy.
Monitor compliance with TheFork terms and conditions and quality standards to ensure an excellent B2C user experience.
Provide onboarding, training and ongoing support to ensure effective use of TheFork tools.
Share restaurant feedback and user needs with internal teams to continuously improve TheFork products and platforms.
Key performance indicators (KPIs)
Monthly revenue generated by restaurants in your portfolio.
Number and quality of promotions available across the portfolio.
Level of B2C issues or customer complaints.
Number of restaurants participating in the YUMS and SUPER YUMS programmes.
Number and quality of restaurants taking part in TheFork Festivals.
Who You Are
You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications
3+ years of experience in account management or a similar commercial role.
Fluent French and fluent English, both written and spoken.
Fully computer literate, with experience using MS Office and Salesforce or a similar CRM.
Comfortable having sales conversations and negotiations over the phone.
Experience managing a high volume of outbound and inbound calls (20–50 per day) and large account portfolios (600–1,000 accounts).
Self-starter with a strong results focus and experience working with KPIs and targets.
Ability to manage several priorities or projects at the same time.

Experience pitching and selling promotions, deals or flash sales.
Experience exceeding sales or performance targets on a regular basis.
Knowledge of revenue management concepts or commercial optimisation.

Ability to quickly build trust and develop long-term business relationships.
High level of autonomy and confidence working independently.
