Your role

We are seeking for an experienced Process Validation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be a key member of the Process Validation team, focusing on aseptic production validation activities.

In this role you will play a key role in:

Determining and improving Aseptic Process Simulation (APS) strategies for pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
Writing comprehensive APS protocols and reports that meet Good Documentation Practice (GDP) standards
Preparing materials for APS runs and ensuring all necessary components are available
Analyzing validation results and providing recommendations for process improvements
Training operational teams on aseptic techniques and validation procedures
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure validation activities align with production schedules
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the validation department

Your profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
3-7 years of experience in process validation, preferably in aseptic pharmaceutical environments
Expertise in media-fill validation and aseptic techniques
Strong understanding of GMP regulations and their application in pharmaceutical manufacturing
good project coordination skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to write clear and compliant validation documentation
