Job Title: Project Support Coordinator (Excel & Order Management)

Job Location: Atlanta, GA/ Hybrid

Project Duration: 12 months with possible extension

(W2 position)

(Create and manage work orders, vendor agreements, purchase orders, invoices and change orders. Advanced Excel & Microsoft Office skills AND Experience with Oracle, Magnit, Salesforce/Sitetracker, and/or similar project databases)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Lead Project Support Specialist to join our Wireless Implementation Team. This role focuses on accounts payable, vendor management, project financial tracking, and process improvement to support successful project delivery and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and change orders accurately and on time

• Manage project funding codes across systems (Oracle, Sitetracker, Magnit)

• Track budgets, project milestones, and vendor agreements

• Maintain strong vendor and stakeholder relationships

• Support reporting, documentation, and ongoing process improvements

• Create and manage work orders and purchase orders

• Onboard and train new suppliers

Requirements:

• Associate degree or 3+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable, Project Management, Business Operations, or Telecommunications

• Intermediate-Advanced Excel & Microsoft Office skills

• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred: Experience with Oracle, Magnit, Salesforce/Sitetracker, and/or similar project databases.
