Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong IT background to support large, complex enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Agile Scrum environments, translating business needs into clear IT requirements, and supporting data mapping and migration efforts. Experience in the Insurance domain and exposure to AI-driven initiatives are highly preferred. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver scalable technology solutions..

Must have:

Must have experience being a Business Analyst for large complex projects.
Must have worked within an agile scrum team within the last year
Must write current IT business requirements (Stories and epics)
Insurance Experience preferred
Prefer someone who has AI experience, also has experience with data mapping and migration projects.
