Director of Marketing
A high-growth, venture-backed healthcare technology company is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead go-to-market strategy and enterprise demand generation initiatives. The company develops software-enabled diagnostic solutions that help healthcare providers and health systems improve clinical decision-making and patient outcomes.
Backed by leading healthcare and technology investors, the organization is scaling rapidly and expanding adoption across enterprise healthcare systems.
The Role
The Director Marketing will own the strategy and execution of marketing programs that drive brand awareness, qualified pipeline, and customer adoption across enterprise healthcare organizations.
This role sits at the center of the company’s go-to-market engine and is responsible for shaping positioning, messaging, demand generation, and account-based marketing strategies that support complex enterprise sales cycles.
The ideal candidate brings a strong SaaS marketing background, with experience translating technical or clinical solutions into compelling market narratives that resonate with executive buyers and enterprise stakeholders.
This leader will partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Business Development teams to ensure marketing initiatives are tightly aligned with revenue objectives and enterprise growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute enterprise marketing strategy to support adoption across health systems and large provider organizations
Own enterprise positioning and messaging for software-enabled healthcare solutions
Define market segmentation, ideal customer profiles, and target account strategies aligned with enterprise sales priorities
Drive integrated demand generation programs that produce qualified enterprise pipeline
Partner with Sales leadership to implement account-based marketing strategies that accelerate enterprise deal cycles
Translate clinical, operational, and economic value propositions into clear messaging for executive buyers and enterprise stakeholders
Support enterprise product launches and new feature releases with strong go-to-market strategies
Develop thought leadership, customer success stories, and enterprise marketing collateral
Measure and optimize marketing performance based on pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and revenue impact
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging and strong product-market alignment
Strengthen brand awareness and market credibility across the healthcare technology ecosystem
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, enterprise marketing, or product marketing leadership roles
Demonstrated success marketing enterprise SaaS or software-enabled technology solutions
Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes
Strong background in demand generation, pipeline marketing, and account-based marketing strategies
Proven ability to translate complex technical or clinical products into clear, compelling market narratives
Experience partnering closely with enterprise sales teams to drive pipeline growth and revenue
Background in healthcare technology, digital health, life sciences, or medical device software environments
Excellent executive communication, storytelling, and strategic marketing leadership skills
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
Preferred
Experience in high-growth venture-backed companies
Experience supporting enterprise SaaS product launches
Familiarity with value-based selling and enterprise healthcare buyers
