Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) and OmniStudio to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce applications. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) and OmniStudio
Build and configure FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Vlocity Data Models
Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and technical architects to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
Integrate Salesforce with third-party APIs and legacy systems using REST/SOAP
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and public sector compliance requirements
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing Salesforce applications
Lead and mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) – MUST be clearly listed on resume
OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors) – MUST be clearly listed on resume
Lead or management experience – MUST be clearly listed on resume
Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs
Solid understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules
Experience with Salesforce configuration tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, and Process Automation
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, roles, profiles, and sharing rules
Proven experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salesforce Apex advanced development
CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment)
Salesforce Certifications
Advanced experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Nice to Have
Experience working in public sector environments
Familiarity with enterprise integrations and large-scale Salesforce implementations
