Job Specifications

Position: Education (Safety)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $50–$55 per hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–20 hours per week (with potential up to 40 hours)

Role Responsibilities

Contribute classroom expertise to improve AI understanding of educational contexts
Provide insight into safe and standards-aligned instructional practices
Help shape AI systems to reflect real educator reasoning and pedagogy
Articulate teaching strategies and instructional decision-making clearly
Support development of safe, education-focused AI use cases

Requirements

Licensed K–12 teacher (US or international)
Stong years of full-time classroom teaching experience (personal tutors not eligible)
Master’s degree in Education or a STEM/Humanities field
Experience designing rigorous, standards-aligned instruction
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to commit 10–20 hours per week
