Job Description:

• 7+ years of experience with strong expertise in mobile app development, mobile user journeys, and digital product ecosystems.

• Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms.

• Skilled in creating detailed functional and non-functional specifications including app workflows, UI/UX requirements, API request/response mappings, and integration rules.

• Hands-on experience working with product teams to translate business goals into mobile app features, wireframes, and user stories.

• Proficient in BA tools and methodologies such as Jira, Confluence, UML, BPMN, user journey mapping, and acceptance criteria definition.

• Strong collaboration skills for working closely with mobile developers, UX/UI designers, QA testers, and product owners to deliver app features successfully.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability to identify gaps in app usability, performance, navigation flow, and backend integrations.
