Join an elite Group AI Engineering team to build the next generation of intelligent, autonomous systems at enterprise scale. The Role

Lead the technical design and deployment of scalable, maintainable AI systems across the entire Group ecosystem.
Build and optimize complex AI lifecycles, focusing on data preparation, agent development, and rigorous evaluation/monitoring.
Act as a technical mentor to engineering teams, establishing new standards for AI tooling and development practices.
Develop automated decision-making solutions that drive measurable business outcomes across streaming, mobile, and broadband platforms.
Stay at the bleeding edge of AI research to integrate secure, ethical, and high-performance AI assets into enterprise platforms.

What You'll Need

Deep expertise in AI architectures, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs), Vector Databases, and Agentic frameworks (e.g., Google ADK).
Advanced software engineering skills in Python or Java, with a track record of building production-grade software in an Agile environment.
Proven experience moving AI/ML solutions from initial prototype to full-scale enterprise deployment.
Strong architectural knowledge of cloud ecosystems, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure.
A passion for innovation and high-performance engineering, ensuring all AI systems are observable, secure, and highly maintainable.
