Accountabilities
Analyze extensive pricing and market datasets to identify trends, benchmark properties, and inform strategic pricing decisions.
Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade ML models and statistical methods for pricing optimization, balancing sophistication with interpretability.
Develop and maintain robust pricing algorithms that integrate traditional statistical approaches with modern ML engineering.
Perform exploratory data analysis, A/B testing, and causal inference studies to generate actionable insights and validate model effectiveness.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, analysts, and business teams to uncover pricing opportunities and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Ensure models and solutions are compliant with regulatory standards and instill confidence in business decision-making.
Drive business impact by contributing to the evolution of the next-generation pricing platform in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
7+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, ML Engineering, or similar roles, ideally in pricing, revenue optimization, or high-impact analytical domains.
Strong expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and handling large, complex datasets.
Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with agnostic tech stacks, Snowflake, or Streamlit is a plus.
Master’s degree in a quantitative field required; PhD preferred.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analyses to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with experimental design, A/B testing, and causal inference methods.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
