For now, we’re hiring AI Consultants, AI Engineers & Software Engineers (4 roles) on behalf of a high-growth FinTech organisation (remote-first, HQ in New York) as they continue to expand their AI and engineering capabilities.

Open Positions:

2 x AI Consultants
2 x AI Engineers
2 x Software Engineers

This organisation is heavily investing in AI, advanced analytics, and next-generation financial technology, building intelligent, scalable platforms that support clients across multiple sectors within financial services and adjacent industries.

Key Details of the Roles:

Fully remote working model (global-friendly, with HQ in New York)
Competitive salary, $120,000-190,000 + bonus potential, and strong benefits

Technologies & Key Skills:

Technology stacks vary by team and project, but typically include modern AI, cloud, and engineering tooling.

Cloud platforms: AWS & Azure
AI/ML frameworks and LLM integration
Python and modern backend languages
APIs and microservices architectures
Data platforms and real-time processing systems
CI/CD and DevOps tooling

Other key skills and experience:

Designing and implementing scalable AI-driven solutions
Building robust, secure, production-grade applications
Experience working within fintech or regulated environments (desirable, not essential)
Strong understanding of system design and performance optimisation
Stakeholder collaboration and translating business needs into technical solutions
Problem-solving mindset with ability to work autonomously in remote teams
