Your Mission

As a Senior Product Manager – Connectivity, you’ll accelerate the share of connected inventory (hotels with direct connectivity) and make connected offers outperform traditional ones. Your key responsibilities will include:

Define and own the product vision for connectivity (technologies, partners, scope).
Prioritize problems and solutions based on data (conversion, availability, margin, UX).
Drive integrations with providers (Channel Managers, PMS, CRS, XML APIs).
Ensure integration quality (latency, error rate, monitoring).
Experiment with UX and merchandising to optimize performance.
Enable internal teams with self-serve tools and workflows.
Establish performance reviews using dashboards, A/B testing, and feedback loops.
