Full Stack Developer (.NET / React / SQL)

Job Summary

We’re looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain both customer-facing web applications and internal systems. This role requires strong experience across front-end and back-end development, with the ability to collaborate closely with offshore teams and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using .NET, React, and SQL
Build and consume RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core)
Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces with React and modern JavaScript
Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and manage relational databases
Collaborate with offshore development teams and internal business partners
Support and enhance internal systems as well as customer-facing web applications
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Ensure applications meet security, performance, and scalability standards

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
Strong backend development experience with .NET / C# / ASP.NET Core
Solid front-end experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Hands-on experience with SQL Server or other relational databases
Experience building and integrating APIs
Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience working with offshore or distributed teams
Exposure to microservices architecture
