Job Specifications

Job Title: Architect / Cloud Engineer (.NET / C#)

Location: Stamford, CT/Rye, NY (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Contract

Work Model:

Prefer being in Stamford CT; if not then NY 2 days/week and Stamford 2-3 days/week

Remaining days split between New York office

1 day per week remote (WFH)

Industry: Financial Services / Banking / Hedge Fund

8-10 years of experience
Kubernetes
AWS/Azure Cloud experience with .net applications.
Infrastructure as code such as Terraform and GitOps.
CI/CD Ppelines(Jenkins, GitLab, Azure Devops) for automating efficient and reliable software delivery.
C#, .net core, asp.net core, SQL, Postgresz.
Very comfortable working in CLI environments in both linux and windows.
Experience on design and implementation of cloud native microservices applications with messaging, queues, REST APIs, kafka, SQS, etc.
Excellent troubleshooting, debugging and communication skills.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
Good to have some backoffice exposure in building modern financial applications for hedge funds / asset managers.
