Contract:12 months
Location:Creuse, France
Working Environment:Hybrid, 2/3 days per week or 1 week onsite every 3 weeks.
Our client an established European industrial manufacturing group with over 1,000+ employees, operating in over 30 countries across Europe and the US. For their French entity, they are searching for an experienced Business Central Project manager to help them move from a 25 year old Legacy system onto Business Central.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation programme across multiple business units.
Work closely with the internal Project Managers to coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
Assist in managing internal teams, ERP partners, and external vendors.
Support integrations between Business Central, and other external systems.
Help to align processes across previously independent companies within the group.
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and support process improvements.
Assist with governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Support rollout planning, change management, and user adoption activities.
Experience
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Navision
Experience supporting ERP integrations with external systems, ideally Epicor
Exposure to large scale multi-entity or international ERP implementations
Any experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments is beneficial.
Exposure to Legacy ERP environments or ERP replacement programmes (such as BAAN, ECC)
Strong stakeholder coordination and project management skills.
French and English speaking is a must, Spanish speaking is a bonus
