The Role

The firm is seeking a highly motivated Investment Associate to join its Paris-based investment team. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new investment opportunities, evaluating companies, and supporting portfolio businesses through their next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

Source and evaluate investment opportunities across the European technology ecosystem
Conduct market research, sector analysis and competitive benchmarking
Build financial models and support valuation analysis
Prepare investment memoranda and materials for internal investment committees
Support commercial, financial and strategic due diligence processes
Work closely with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives, fundraising and growth initiatives
Build relationships with founders, advisors and co-investors across the venture and growth ecosystem

Candidate Profile

4–7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, growth equity, or strategy consulting
Strong financial modelling, analytical and valuation skills
Demonstrated interest in technology and high-growth companies
Ability to assess business models, markets and growth strategies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong intellectual curiosity
Fluency in English required; French is not required
