Job Description Summary:
We’re seeking a data-driven and creative CRM Performance Marketer to design and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that deepen customer engagement and drive measurable business growth. You will own the planning and execution of CRM initiatives that fuel retention, engagement, and conversion — with a particular focus on launch moments, key lifecycle touchpoints, and driving adoption of Consumer Credit products. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and analytics — ideal for someone who thrives on using data and insights to craft personalized, high-impact customer experiences that scale. You’ll play a pivotal role in amplifying the impact of Consumer Credit launches and campaigns, ensuring CRM programs are central to product growth and customer success.
Job Description:
Essential Responsibilities:
Liaise with media agencies on launch plans, optimization roadmaps, and budget alignment
Work with creative teams to define roadmaps, review proposals, and ensure seamless execution
Activate co-branding campaigns, product launches, and report results to leadership
Drive churn experimentation strategy, including ideation, testing, and customer experience evaluation
Write experiment briefs, testing plans, and coordinate end-to-end implementation
Monitor experiments post-launch, identify insights, and optimize in-flight results
Manage budget reporting, including agency costs and incentive payouts, for all campaigns
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Responsibilities And Preferred Qualifications
Develop & Execute CRM Strategy
Build and manage comprehensive lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS to drive activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
Lead CRM initiatives around major launches and brand moments, with a strong focus on Consumer Credit product growth and adoption.
Segmentation & Personalization
Audience development for prospecting and existing base (1st/ 3rd party data)
Use 1st and 3rd party data to build audience behavioral, transactional data to create dynamic audience segments and deliver tailored messaging at scale.
Automation & Experimentation
Design and implement automated customer journeys, triggered campaigns, and A/B tests to improve key performance metrics such as open rate, CTR, conversion, and churn reduction.
Data & Insights
Partner with analytics and finance teams to measure CRM performance, generate insights, and inform strategic decisions.
Develop and track campaign forecasts to predict performance, engagement, and business impact.
