AT A GLANCE
The RVO Health Prevention Team works on a series of beneficial coach-led health programs like weight loss, diabetes, hypertension, smoking cessation, and behavioral health programs like Sleep Well and Stress Less. The team develops and supports mobile apps (iOS and Android), web programs, and Back End infrastructure to make these programs a reality. Where You'll Be
To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Atlanta office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

Design and build Health Coaching applications for the Android platform
Collaborate with cross functional teams, Product Managers, and Experience Designers to define, design, and ship new features
Work with various data sources and APIs
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency What We're Looking For
Experience with Kotlin and/or Java
5+ years of experience developing Android applications
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Developed (worked on, led, architected) multiple Android applications over the years
BS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical role or equivalent experience
Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.
Starting Salary: $118,650 - $160,000
