Senior Data Scientist (Contract-to-Hire)

New York – Hybrid (3 days onsite)

$200,000 plus $85,000 bonus

A growing global organisation is looking to bring on a Senior Data Scientist to support the development of advanced analytics and machine learning solutions across the business. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and analytics teams to build predictive models and deliver insights that support key decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy machine learning and predictive models to solve complex business problems.
Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and statistical modelling.
Work with large datasets using Python and SQL.
Collaborate with engineering teams to support model deployment and scalable data workflows.
Build dashboards and visualisations to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles.
Strong programming experience with Python.
Experience working with cloud platforms, ideally Azure.
Strong knowledge of statistical modelling and machine learning techniques.
Experience working with large datasets and SQL.
Industry-specific experience is not required.

Contract-to-Hire

Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite in New York
Salary up to $200,000 + bonus up to $85,000.
