Internship: Software engineer

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

We are expanding our teams in Madrid in the Space sector to take on software development projects for Ground Segments of the Galileo Services.

Your main task will be:

Support in the system design in terms of SW improvements and new funcionalities.
Support in the investigation of issues in the system.
Participate in the procurement of software and hardware
Update and configuration of IT infrastructure, including security/cybersecurity elements.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

We are looking for graduates in Software Engineering or similar with background in:

Programming skills in Java, C++, Javascript
Secure communication and network knowledge
Linux Operating Systems administration

We will also value knowledge in Python, Bash, Network configuration and/or Firewall/Switches configuration.
