Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with strong Scrum Master expertise and AI project experience to lead large-scale initiatives for our client. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Agile program delivery within the retail domain and the ability to manage cross-functional teams delivering AI-driven solutions.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Program Manager with Scrum Master responsibilities
Hands-on experience managing AI/ML or data-driven initiatives
Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience across multiple teams
Prior experience working in the Retail domain
Ability to manage stakeholders, program timelines, and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Local candidates in Dallas, Texas preferred

Nice to Have:

Certifications such as CSM, SAFe, or PMP
Experience working with AI/analytics platforms or data engineering teams
