Kentro is hiring for an experienced ServiceNow CI/CD Operations Admin for Kentro's VA ESOM-End Point Support and Operations Monitoring contract across the United States. In this role, you will manage development and implementation of automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines for the ServiceNow platform, streamlining and standardizing the SDLC deployment process. This role will collaborate with other Operations team members to execute maintain a healthy CI/CD pipeline.
Location: This position can be performed remotely within the United States and will support Eastern Time working hours.
Responsibilities:
Manage development and implementation of CI/CD scripting and automation for ServiceNow deployments.
Gather requirements from development teams and stakeholders for CI/CD pipeline enhancements.
Develop and test CI/CD deployment prototypes; implement approved scripts using ServiceNow-native tooling.
Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipeline configurations for reliable, repeatable deployments.
Develop ServiceNow Reports and Dashboards supporting CI/CD metrics and release visibility.
Collaborate with development leads and Scrum Masters on release planning and deployment scheduling.
Apply ITIL Release and Change Management practices within the CI/CD workflow.
Document CI/CD procedures, runbooks, and deployment standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math or equivalent (or 8 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of the degree requirement for a total of 13+ years of experience)
5+ years relevant experience
3+ years of ServiceNow development experience with exposure to CI/CD or DevOps automation.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow DevOps, ATF, or source control integration.
Knowledge of ITIL Release and Change Management processes.
Experience with ServiceNow Reports and Dashboards.
Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
Ability to obtain public trust clearance
Preferred:
Experience in a federal IT environment
Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
