Who You Are:
We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking a strong Integration Specialist who is responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining integrations between enterprise business systems using low-code/no-code iPaaS platforms such as Workato.
What You'll Do:
As the Integration Specialist you will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Business Systems Analysts, Enterprise Architects, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow across critical business applications such as CRM, ERP, PLM, HRMS and other enterprise applications.
How You'll Make An Impact:
Develop, deploy, and maintain integrations across enterprise systems using Workato or similar workflow tools.
Work closely with Business Analysts and Business Systems Analysts to understand integration requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Build integrations involving the Salesforce Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Ceridian Dayforce Google Workspace, Jira and other enterprise applications.
Configure and manage API-based integrations (RESTful APIs) and Webhooks.
Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization of integration workflows.
Maintain clear documentation of integration processes, workflows, and data mappings.
Monitor integration performance proactively; troubleshoot issues promptly to ensure optimal system performance.
Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team to ensure alignment with overall IT architecture principles.
Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for efficiency gains through automation.
Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders on integration-related topics.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in integration and make recommendations for improvement.
What You'll Bring To The Role:
3 - 5 years of required experience.
Experience building integrations using low-code/no-code integration platforms (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft Composer, Dell Boomi).Proven hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations using APIs (RESTful APIs), Webhooks, JSON/XML data formats.
Demonstrable experience working in complex enterprise environments integrating multiple business systems.
Prior hands-on experience with Workato iPaaS platform strongly preferred; Workato certifications are a plus.
Familiarity or experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Field Service) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 integrations is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Robot Process Automation (RPA) is a bonus.
Basic programming or scripting experience (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills—ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with attention to detail.
Familiarity with data formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV.
High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and respond to fast changing priorities and deadlines.
