Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Corporate Quality organization. In this role, you will support our Supply Quality, Customer Quality, and External Manufacturing teams by contributing to the enhancement of key processes, systems, and documentation. This internship offers hands-on experience collaborating with cross functional partners, exposure to real-world quality challenges, and the opportunity to participate in meaningful projects that strengthen our overall quality management framework. You will gain valuable industry skills while helping drive continuous improvement across our operations.
Essential Functions
Project management and leadership
Collaborate with Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory teams
Track data analytics, report trends and system capabilities to key stakeholders
Utilize Power BI, D365, TraceGains and other Quality Systems software platforms
New product commercialization
Supplier and Co-manufacturer Performance Review Programs
Customer complaint resolution
Maintain work instructions, flow charts, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Problem solving and root cause analysis using established tools and methods
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and written skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft applications and general computer technologies.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Science, Technology, or a computer-related field.
The estimated salary range for this position is $20 -$25 an hour.
