PMO / Project Support Admin – Edinburgh / Glasgow / Aberdeen (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) – 3 month Contract (Inside IR35) - £300 - £350pd

Meraki Talent’s well regarded, and rapidly growing client are looking for a Junior PMO / Project Support Admin to ensure that projects and programmes are well governed, appropriately resourced and aligned with the business priorities. You will provide structure, coordination, and insights across the Integration & Transformation portfolio, triaging incoming projects and monitoring delivery health.

This role can be based in Edinburgh, Glasgow or Aberdeen and will be a hybrid working model of 3 days a week onsite. This is an initial 3 month contract with the potential for extension and sits inside IR35.

Experience

Experience in PMO, Project support or portfolio management.
Ability to provide hands on support whilst maintaining oversight of broader portfolio.
Understanding of project disciplines, governance, and resource planning.
Analytical and reporting skills with some proficiency in project management tools.
Experience in a fast moving, multi project environment.
