I am hiring for Lead Business Analyst (Cards/Loans/Current Accounts/Overdrafts/Payments/Open Banking/Data analysis/Data modelling/SQL/Data profiling)

Location: Knutsford, UK (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)

Job Description:

Lead end-to-end business and data analysis across banking technology and business workstreams.
Gather, document, and validate business, functional, and data requirements with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
Analyse data flows, data lineage, and data models, identifying gaps and supporting data mapping between source and target systems.
Perform impact assessments for data-related changes across applications and banking platforms.
Collaborate with Data Architects, Engineers, and Governance teams to support data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance.
Participate in Agile delivery practices, maintaining documentation in JIRA and Confluence and supporting testing and validation activities.
