A growing technology organisation is looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to support the delivery of complex digital platforms used by organisations globally.

This role focuses on improving delivery performance across multiple Agile teams, ensuring work is well planned, priorities are clear and delivery remains predictable across a modern SaaS environment. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering and UX teams to coordinate initiatives, remove blockers and strengthen Agile delivery practices.

The Role

You will oversee delivery across several squads, helping teams maintain momentum while supporting the development of Scrum Masters and encouraging strong Agile practices across the wider technology function.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and mentoring to Scrum Masters and delivery teams
Ensure initiatives are clearly scoped, prioritised and ready for delivery
Manage delivery timelines, dependencies, risks and team capacity
Facilitate cross-team Agile ceremonies and coordination activities
Maintain well-structured backlogs with clearly defined work items
Keep teams aligned to priorities while reducing unnecessary context switching
Work closely with Product, Engineering and UX to support successful delivery outcomes
Coordinate releases, stakeholder updates and post-delivery reviews
Promote transparency, accountability and continuous improvement across teams

Experience

Around 4+ years’ experience in Agile delivery roles (Scrum Master, Delivery Manager or similar)
Experience delivering digital platforms or SaaS products
Proven ability to coordinate delivery across multiple teams or programmes
